International Carriers + Pricing

We offer international shipping for an additional charge. All of our shipments leave the U.S. and spend time in the customs department once they arrive in your country. We cannot provide any customs clearance estimates, but in most cases, shipments may spend anywhere from 1-3 days in customs.  

Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.

Europe  (5-10 business days excluding days in customs) $32.95

Processing Time

Our processing time is 1-3 business days. 

Processing times during high-volume ordering is 4-6 business days

Please note that our office hours are Monday-Friday, 9-5 EST, and are closed for all major US Holidays. 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Always double check your shipping address when you check out. 

Once the item has been marked shipped using the address provided, there is nothing we can do to adjust the shipping address. 

If you realize you have input the wrong shipping address within 6 hours of placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@prchmntpaperco.com and we will try our best to make the adjustments. Please include

Tracking

Tracking will be the third email you receive from us.  The first, being the confirmation of your purchase.  The second, that we are fulfilling and packing up your order, and the third email will be confirming the shipment of your order with the tracking number.  Please allow 12 hours from when you receive this number to start tracking as that number is generated upon dropoff to your shipping carrier and usually spends the first day hanging around their mail room.
